Electric auth. cable across County Road 31 in the SW\ of Section 13, Reed Township, and on County Road 17 ! to bury cable in the SW\ of Section 19, Reed Township. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. i in Reed Twp. Mr. Hendrickson moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded that the Vice Chairman and the I' Agreements signed County Auditor be authorized to sign the Construction Engineering Services Agreement for bridge proj. ;between the Moore Engineering Company and the State Highway Department for the bridge project! on C14 inear Horace on County Road 14. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. i Mr. Hendrickson moved and Mr. Larson seconded that the Vice Chairman be authorized I Req. for Federal to sign a request for Federal Aid for the project on County Road 26 from State Highway 18 i Aid on C26 proj. .to Interstate 29 consisting of 11.2 miles at an estimated cost of $600,000.00. Mr. Grindbergi stated that the County is not obligated by this agreement to do the project but it must be ; signed before the plans and specifications can be started. On roll call vote, the motion I carried unanimously. I Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr.. Hendrickson seconded that the Vice Chairman be authorized I R/W encroachments to sign a letter to be sent out by the County Road Department to several landowners ! regarding encroachments on County highway right of way. North Cass Water Resource District Maple River Water Resource District Rush River Water Resource District Southeast Cass Water Resource District Cass County Veterans Service Upon the recommendation of the States Attorney, Mr. Larson moved and Mr. Eckert ,seconded that the Chairman and the Auditor be authorized to sign a Warranty Deed for the 'sale of the property in the City of Davenport where the former shop building was located. :On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Larson seconded that the minutes of the previous meeting be approved as written. Motion carried. Mr. Grindberg read a letter from the State Highway Department stating that they have received the request for automatic flashing light signals for railroad crossings at Ayr .and at Davenport. Upon the request of Mr.. Michael Herbst, Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Larson seconded to adopt a resolution calling for a public hearing on the date of December 28, 1982, at 9:30 A.M. on a proposed project.and the issuance of Industrial Development Revenue :Bonds for a John D. Adams Truck Stop at 32nd Avenue South and Interstate 29 in Barnes Township. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. Mr. Hendrickson moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded to approve the reappointments of 'Mr. E. M. Gregory to the Southeast Cass Water Resource District and Mr. Harry Warner to the Maple River Water Resource District, both for another five year term to expire January 1, 1988.
