Motion carried. <br /> <br />Upon the request of the City of Horace, Mr. Larson moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded <br />that they be authorized to place a detour on Cass County Road 17 through the City of <br />Horace on September 11, 1982, for Community Days. On roll call vote, the motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Larson seconded to receive and file the two Indemnity <br />'Bonds on Lost Instrument for Mr. Leo Palluck and for the Moore Engineering Company, <br />and that the County Auditor be authorized to issue duplicate checks. On roll call vote, <br />the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Hendrickson moved and Mr. Larson seconded that Cass County pay $42.00 as their <br />share of the cost of .legal notices to inform and encourage local citizens to attehd <br />public hearings held in July on the potential hazardous waste site at Downer, Minnesota. <br />On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Hendrickson seconded to authorize the salary adjustments <br />in the office of the States Attorney as outlined last week by Bob Hoy, States Attorney. <br />On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Upon the recommendation of Sheriff Don Rudnick, Mr. Larson moved and Mrs. Stanton <br />,seconded to accept the bid of Dakota Fence Company in the amount of $23,547.00 for the <br />fence around the jail outdoor recreation area. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Discussion continued on the personnel Policy Schedule for Cass County, and several <br />changes were made. Mr. Hendrickson moved and Mr. Larson seconded to adopt the policy <br />schedule booklet effective through January, 1983, at which time it will be reviewed <br />by the Commission. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />The Commission again reviewed County policies not pertaining to personnel matters. <br />Mr. Hendrickson moved and Mr. Larson seconded to adopt the list of County policies <br />with the changes that were made today.
