On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Discussion continued on the booklet of Policy Schedule for County Employees. <br /> <br />On motion by Mr. Hendrickson and seconded by Mr. Larson, the meeting was adjourned. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OF CASS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />MAY 11, 1982 <br /> <br />Chairman Wold called the meeting to order and four members were present, Mr. Larson <br />ibeing absent. <br /> <br />Mr. Hendrickson moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded that the minutes of the previous <br />,meeting be approved as written. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Hendrickson moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to accept the informal bid of <br />Keith M. Warren in the amount of $600.00 per year for rental of pasture land in the <br />SW~ of Section 6, Rochester Township, for a three year period subject to the possible <br />sale of the pasture land, said rental being due on the 15th of May each year. On roll <br />vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />call <br /> <br />The County Auditor stated that the County Commission has <br />;the election polling hours for any township that did not have <br />last election. On roll call <br />vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to instruct County Department Heads <br />to use the current salary figures in preparing their budget for the six month period <br />of July 1 through December 31, 1982. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Hendrickson moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded that the Auditor be authorized <br />to pay the bill submitted by Steffen's Office Equipment in the amount of $7,363.89 <br />for furnitur,e in the Courthouse Addition. On roll. call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Hendrickson moved and Mr. Eckert seconded that the Auditor be authorized to pay <br />,the bill submitted by Rick Electric in the amount of $6,295.00 on the Courthouse Addition. <br />On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Eckert reported that the County Road Department has been patching holes on <br />blacktopped County roads, and they are doing an excellent job. <br /> <br />Mr. Greg Wasick from the National Association of Counties made a presentation to the <br />'Board on a deferred compensation plan for County employees. Mr. Hendrickson moved and <br />'Mrs. Stanton seconded to adopt a resolution approving the NACo Deferred Compensation Plan <br />and making it available to employees of Cass County.
