The motion carried on roll call with four members voting "Aye" and Mr. Larson opposing. The County Auditor read a letter from Abner O. Selvig of Fargo requesting a position on the airport authority. Mr. Hendrickson stated that he received a request for the appointment from Mr. Jim Garvey. However, the Board had previously passed a motion that the County's two appointments would both be County Commissioners. Mr. Larson moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded to delay the appointment of a second member to the regional airport authority until next Tuesday, November 10th. On roll call vote, the motion carried with Mrs. Wold opposing. Mr. Larson moved and Mrs. Wold seconded that the Board not fill the vacancy caused by the resignation of the County Planner at the present time. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. A letter was received from Mr. Milton Holm~n submitting his resignation from the Cass County Housing Authority effectiv~ November 15, 1981, and suggesting that the Commission consider appointing Mrs. Earl Northrop to replace him. Mrs. Wold moved and Mr. Larson seconded to accept the resignation of Milton Holmen from the Cass County Housing Authority-effective November 15th, and that a letter of thanks be written for his years of service. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. Mr. Larson moved and Mrs. Wold seconded that Vouchers No. 19535 through No. 20261 and Revenue Sharing Vouchers No. 271 through No. 278 be approved and ordered paid. On roll call vot~, the motion carried unanimously. Mrs. Wold moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded that the County Auditor be authorized to pay the following estimates to the contractors on the Courthouse Addition: On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. Motion carried. I Mrs. Stanton Mrs. Wold moved to re-nominate Mrs. Stanton to represent Cass County on the apptd. to prop. I proposed regional airport authority. There were no other nominations made. reg. airport auth~ On roll call vote, the motion carried with Mr. Eckert .and Mr. Hendrickson opposing. , Raffle permit granted Mrs. Stanton moved and Mrs. Wold seconded tb grant a raffle permit to the 4 Corners Senior Citizens Club and the Embden Community Club on the date of February 4, 1982. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously.
