Collins, Inc. <br />Northern Improvement Company <br /> <br />The following bid was received for concrete bridge beams and decks: <br /> <br />North Dakota Concrete Products Company <br /> <br />The following bids were received for concrete culverts: <br /> <br />North Dakota Concrete Products Company <br />Concrete Sectional Culvert Company <br /> <br />Mrs. Wold moved and Mr. Eckert seconded that the bid from Hancock Concrete Products <br />Company for concrete culverts be disqualified and returned unopened because it did not <br />contain a bid bond attached to the bid in a separate envelope as required by State law. <br />The motion carried on roll call vote with Mrs. Wold, Mr. Eckert and Mr. Hendrickson <br />voting "Aye", Mr. I:;arso'n being absent and not voting. <br /> <br />Mrs. Wold moved and Mr. Eckert seconded that the bids for yearly supplies be referred <br />i to the County Road Department for tabulation and recommendation. On roll call vote, <br />! the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />I Mr. Larson moved and Mrs. Wold seconded that no meetihg be"held next Tuesday, <br />i March 3rd, due to the lack of agenda items. Hendrickson, Chairman <br />Cass County Board of Commissioners <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OF CASS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />MARCH 4, 1981 (WEDNESDAY) <br /> <br />Chairman Hendrickson called the meeting to order and upon roll call, <br />lall members were present. <br /> <br />An Invocation was given by the Chairman. <br /> <br />Mr. Larson moved and Mr. Eckert seconded that the minutes of the previous <br />!meeting be approved as written. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Darrell Aasland from the County Road Department presented copies of their <br />!tabulation of the bids which were opened February 25th for yearly supplies, and he <br />!recommended accepting all bids. <br /> <br />All bids acceptw Mr. Larson moved and Mrs. Wold seconded that the Baord accept the bid for gasoline <br />for yearly Rd. I and diesel fuel from Dan's Oil and Service, Inc. for the Road Department and for the <br />supplies I Sheriff's Department. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br />I <br />i <br /> <br />Mrs. Stanton moved and Mrs. Wold seconded that the Board accept all bids received <br />for yearly road materials with the understanding that any company who participates <br />in the sale of these supplies must meet the low bid for that item. On roll call vote, <br />the motion carried unanimously. <br />
