However, it would leave us with these unresolved <br />citizen issues. For that reason i'm reluctantly recommending we go through <br />with the acquisitious. <br /> <br />SUGGESTED MOTION: Authorize acquisition 2 Reed Township Homes <br />and 1 Stanley Township Homes experiencing River Bank failures. Owners <br />to be offered 85% of appraised value with owners assuming the 15% local <br />match. <br /> <br /> <br />
