The <br />easement would mn along fl~e north edge of the property from 34th <br />Street to the back road into the property. <br /> <br />This linc is part ora fiber line loop that the state is putting in to connect <br />various state offices, the county, and the city. There is an existing pipe <br />from the proposed easement into the county jail through which the state <br />fiber line will be nm.
