ADJOURNED MEETING OF CASS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS DECEMBER 26, 1979 Chairman Satrom called the meeting to order and upon roll call, three members were present with Mr. Hendrickson and Mr. Sondrall being absent. Mrs. Stanton moved and Mrs. Wold seconded that the minutes of the previous meeting be approved as written. Motion carried. Upon the recommendation of Mr. Steve Grindberg, County Road Superintendent, Mrs. Stanton moved and Mrs. Wold seconded that the low bid of $90,780.00 from I Industrial Builders, Inc. be accepted for replacement of a bridge in Sections 17 and 18 of Amenia Township, which will be 100% reimbursed by Federal Flood Disaster Funds. The motion carried on a roll call vote with all members present voting "Aye". One bid was received from Nichelson Oil, Inc. for furnishing No.2 furnace oil for 1980. Mrs. Wold moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded that the bid of Nichelson Oil, Inc. be accepted. The motion carried on a roll call vote with all members present voting "Aye". Mrs. Wold moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded that the Chairman be authorized to sign the Satisfaction and Discharge of Trust Mortgage through the North Dakota Social Service Board for Lots 11 and 12 of Block 1, Langers First Addition in the City of Casselton. The motion'carried on a roll call vote with all members present voting "Aye". Appt. of Ceceiliai Upon the recommendation of the Clerk of District Court, Mrs. Wold moved McCullough as ' and Mrs. Stanton seconded that Ceceilia McCullough of West Fargo be appointed 2nd Dep. Clerk Second Deputy Clerk of the District Court. The motion carried on a roll call vote of Dist. Court : with all members present voting "Aye". Corres. re: Fed. Revenue Sharing Program A letter was-received from the North Dakota Association of Counties regarding renewal of the current Federal Revenue Sharing Program which expires September 30, 1980.
