The <br />agreement states that in the event that something of interest to the Society were found in <br />the process of grading County Road 5, in Dows Township, that they would be notified. Mr. <br />Hendrickson moved and Mrs. Wold seconded that the Chairman be authorized to sign the agree- <br />ment with the Historical Society. The motion carried on a roll call vote with all members <br />present voting "Aye". <br /> <br />Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Hendrickson seconded that the minutes of the previous meetinJ <br />be approved as written. Poulson to the School Reorganization Committee. Upon discussion, Mrs. Stanton suggeste~ntil Jan.2,1980. <br />that these appointments and reappointments be delayed until January 2, 1980. <br /> <br />Mr. Pete Hilleboe appeared before the Board regarding the three mill levy which was <br />voted in for the Addition to the Courthouse and the remodeling of the present Courthouse. <br />Mr. Hilleboe questioned the procedure of financing the Addition and remodeling of the <br />Courthouse from the three mill levy. Upon discussion, the States Attorney stated that the <br />Attorney General has been contacted regarding the matter and that a reply has not yet been <br />received. <br /> <br />A letter was received from Dr. D.H. Lawrence, County Coroner, announcing his retirement <br />effective December 31, 1980. <br /> <br />i <br />Coroner--to retire <br />pec. 31, 1980. <br />! <br /> <br />One bid was received from Nichelson Oil, Inc. for furnishing No.2 furnace oil for 1980.Bid for No.2 <br />Upon discussion, Mr. Hendrickson moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded that the bid acceptance be fuel,acceptance <br />delayed one week. The motion carried on a roll call vote with all members present voting delayed one week. <br />"Aye". <br /> <br />Mr. Lee Sprague, of Moore Engineering Company, presented a Plat of Willow Tree Park Plat of Willow <br />Subdivision in the SE~ of Section 9, Reed Township, which is within the two-mile jurisdictionTree Park Subd. <br />of the City of Fargo. Upon discussion, Mrs. Stanton moved and Mrs. Wold seconded that the signed with <br />Chairman be authorized to sign the Plat with the stipulations set by the County Planning stipulations. <br />Commission. The motion carried on a roll call vote with all members present voting "Aye". <br /> <br />Mr. Hendrickson moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded that the County Offices close at <br />o'clock P.M. on Monday, December 31.
