I , I, I I I ADJOURNED MEETING OF CASS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS DECEMBER 12, 1979 Chairman Satrom called the meeting to order and upon roll call, all members were present Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded that the minutes of the previous meeting lbe approved as written. Mrs. Stanton moved and Mrs. Wold seconded that the Chairman be authorized to sign the : Plat of the First Assembly Subdivision located in the NE~ of Section 26, Barnes Township, iwhich was reviewed by the County Planning Commission on December 12th. ' i on C-5--delegation I A delegation appeared before the Board regarding the replacement of a bridge on County ,re: bridge betweei,t Road 5 between the Village of Chaffee and the Wheatland Interchange. Upon discussion, Mrs. 'Chaffee & Wheat- I Wold suggested that the County Road Superintendent and a representative from Houston Engi- iland. I neering discuss the matter further with the State Highway Department and report to the Board at a later date. . Annex Building-- report on safety inspection by County Safety Director. , A delegation appeared before the Board to present petitions requesting the County to ! take corrective action and repair on County Road 6 in the Chaffee-Lynchburg area. Upon i discussion, Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Hendrickson seconded that these petitions be received II and filed and that the Road Superintendent be authorized to acquire cost estimates on the i needed repairs. Upon discussion, Mrs. Wold moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded to accept the report iof the Safety Director and that he be authorized to acquire cost estimates on the proposed !recommendations and report to the Board at a later date.
