<br />Mr. Meyer moved and Mrs. Sorum seconded to approve the raffle permit
<br />for the Four Corners Wildlife Club to be held November 25, 2002, at the
<br />Embden Senior Center in Embden, North Dakota. On roll call vote, the
<br />motion carried unanimously.

<br />PERMITS FOR FIREWORKS DISPLAY, Approved for Duane Mcintyre; Jerrv Black
<br />MOTION, passed
<br />Mr. Meyer moved and Mrs. Sorum seconded to approve the permit for a
<br />fireworks display for entertainment purposes, according to an application
<br />submitted by Duane Mcintyre, 15362 33"' Street SE, Wheatland, ND, on the
<br />dates of the 3'd and 4th of July, 2002 at 10:30 PM. On roll call vote, the
<br />motion carried unanimously.

<br />fireworks display for entertainment purposes, according to an application
<br />submitted by Jerry Black, 6810 Golden Spike Road, Fargo, ND, on the date
<br />of the 4th of July, 2002 at 9:00 PM. On roll call vote, the motion carried
<br />unanimously.

<br />MOTION, passed
<br />Mr. Meyer moved and Mrs. Sorum seconded that the Cass County Board
<br />of Commissioners grant flnal plat approval and approve the related
<br />variance request from the county road standards for Pheasant Run
<br />Subdivision, Section 1 of Township 139N, Range 54W in Cass County,
<br />North Dakota. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously.

<br />Mr. Meyer moved and Mrs. Sorum seconded to add a 10.46 acre tract In
<br />the Sv. of Section 36 Township 138 Range 55, Clifton Township, as
<br />omitted property for 2002 in the amount of $46,500 9-month prorated
<br />assessment, according to notice sent from the county auditor to Randell
<br />Lloyd of Enderlin, North Dakota, On roll call vote, the motion carried
<br />unanimously.

<br />28 Township 140 Range 49 less a 5 acre tract, Reed Township, as omitted
<br />property for 2002 in the amount of $70,000 residential structures,
<br />according to notice sent from the county auditor to Lori Fliflet of
<br />Barnesville, Minnesota. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously.

<br />according to notice sent from the county auditor to Les & Brenda Staples
<br />of Harwood, North Dakota. On roll call vote, the motion carried
<br />unanimously.
