<br />SCHEDULE A <br /> <br />Fees and Expenses for <br />Time and Material <br /> <br />1, Online technical assistance: $65.00 per hour billed in 15 minute increments. <br /> <br />2. Telephone technical assistance: $75,00 per hour billed in 15 minute increments, <br /> <br />3. After normal working hours telephone technical assistance: $85,00 per hour billed in 30 <br />minute increments. (After normal working hours are from 4,30 pm until 7:30 am), <br /> <br />4, Onsite Services: $65.00 per hour per person, including travel time to and from facility. <br /> <br />5. Travel per diem expense $500,00 per required round trip, <br /> <br />6, Per Diem expense: $125.00 per required overnight stay per person. <br /> <br />7. Equipment and components that are replaced during service calls shall be invoiced to the <br />Client at ACI's cost with a 25% mark up, plus shipping and handling. <br /> <br />SCHEDULE B <br /> <br />Delineation of Work <br /> <br />The following Schedule dictates labor responsibility per service event. <br /> <br />1. Labor for change out and replacement of the following field / Plug devices shall be <br />handled by owner unless during a scheduled visit by ACI. <br />· Camera <br />· CCTV Monitor <br />· CCTV Keyboard <br />· Intercom Station <br />· Intercom Master Station <br />· Paging Speakers <br />· Duress Pushbutton <br />· Watch Tour Station <br />· Card Reader Station <br />· Touch Screen monitor <br />· Request to Exit Pushbuttons <br />· CPU <br /> <br />2, All service and/or replacement labor for head end PLC, audio and CCTV equipment <br />shall be the responsibility of ACI. Depending on the nature of the work, ACI will <br />provide the service labor during a scheduled service visit, or if an emergency within <br />24 hours of client call, <br />
