<br />XIV. INTERACTION AND MODIFICATION <br /> <br />The contract and the Grantee's application constitutes the entire agreement between the Grantee <br />and the Grantor. No altercation, amendment, or modification in the provisions of this <br />agreement shall be effective unless it is reduced to writing, signed by the parties and attached <br />hereto. <br /> <br />XV. COLLATERAL CONTRACT <br /> <br />Where there exists any inconsistency between this agreement and other provisions of collateral <br />contractual agreements which are made part of this contract by reference or otherwise, the <br />provisions of this contract shall control. <br /> <br />XVI. NONIlISCRIMINATlON <br /> <br />The Grantor makes available all services and assistance without regard to race, color, national <br />origin, religion, age, sex, political affiliation, handicap, sexual orientation, or status with respect <br />to marriage or public assistance, and is subject to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, <br />Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Age Discrimination Act of 1975 as amended, <br />the Human Rights Act codified in Chapter 24-02.4 of the North Dakota Century Code and the <br />American's with Disabilities Act of 1990 which protects the rights of the disabled against <br />discrimination in hiring, advancement, discharge, compensation and training and gives disabled <br />individuals access to public transportation, public places and other public services. Persons <br />who contract with or receive funds to provide services for the Grantor are obligated to abide by <br />the provisions of these federal laws.
