XIV. INTERACTION AND MODIFICATION The contract and the Grantee's application constitutes the entire agreement between the Grantee and the Grantor. No altercation, amendment, or modification in the provisions of this agreement shall be effective unless it is reduced to writing, signed by the parties and attached hereto. XV. COLLATERAL CONTRACT Where there exists any inconsistency between this agreement and other provisions of collateral contractual agreements which are made part of this contract by reference or otherwise, the provisions of this contract shall control. XVI. NONIlISCRIMINATlON The Grantor makes available all services and assistance without regard to race, color, national origin, religion, age, sex, political affiliation, handicap, sexual orientation, or status with respect to marriage or public assistance, and is subject to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Age Discrimination Act of 1975 as amended, the Human Rights Act codified in Chapter 24-02.4 of the North Dakota Century Code and the American's with Disabilities Act of 1990 which protects the rights of the disabled against discrimination in hiring, advancement, discharge, compensation and training and gives disabled individuals access to public transportation, public places and other public services. Persons who contract with or receive funds to provide services for the Grantor are obligated to abide by the provisions of these federal laws.
