The plat includes a <br />variance from the County road standards due to its location between <br />adjoining structures. The Planning Commission recommended approval of <br />the proposed subdivision and variance request with the following <br />conditions: <br />1) all concerns noted by the water resource district must be met; 2) <br />township provides certified letter indicating the proposed plat conforms to <br />their zoning standards and/or meets all other township policies [within 60 <br />days], The water resource board had no concerns. The township board <br />zoning requirements have been met.
