Also enclosed is a second <br />bridge petitionevidencing the need for a more adequate repair to the area than has been proposed <br />by Mr. Bemdt. <br /> <br />Respectfully, we feel that the people who need and use the mad have been very patient as they <br />wait for a repair to the bridge area.
