Our request is on behalf of Youthwcrks, a non-profit tha~ <br />has been providing juvenile services in our area for a number of years and <br />works very c!cse!y with Juvenile Court. Due to reduced JAIBG funding, our <br />coalition and Youthworks are seeking Title V funds to continue programs that <br />would be cut. <br /> <br />Title V does require a local match but Youthworks has the necessary non- <br />federal match dcllars so there will be no match required directly from Cass <br />County. <br /> <br />The Coalition was created three years ago by the Cass County commission and <br />will utilize the funds to continue our existing projects in 2002.
