RESOLUTION RECORD <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ALLOWING CLAIMS & ORDE~NG PAYMENT THEREOF <br /> <br /> WHER. EAS, the County Auditor. Michael Montplaisir, has audited and the <br />departments have approved the following ciaims against the County of Cass, and have <br />cerbified that such claims are propedy payable by the said County., and that the said <br />County Auditor has verified such claims to be paid and has satisfied himself that such <br />bills and claims are proper charges against the County of Cass; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the County Commissioners of the County <br />of Cass, North Dakota, that the following bitls and ciaims be and thereby are, ordered <br />but paid out of the following funds; <br /> <br /> SE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the County Auditor be, and hereby is <br />authorized and directed to draw warrants for the above claims from the respective funds <br />as herein indicated, and that the County Auditor be, and he hereby is, authorized to <br />execute and deliver such warrants. <br /> <br /> The above and foregoing resolution was offered at a regular meeting of the <br />County Commissioners held on the . day of , by Commissioner <br /> , who moved its adoption, was seconded by Commissioner <br /> , and adopted by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes: __ <br />Nays: __ <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the resolution was duly declared adopted. <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />County Auditor <br /> <br /> <br />
