Quotes <br />were recently solicited with three quotes received that meet the <br />requirements. RDO equipment in Kindred and ROD equipment in Fargo <br />submitted identical quotes of $13,400 for a John Deere mower. A third <br />quote from MTI of Fargo for a Toro brand was higher. I'd like to invite <br />both low vendors to be present for a coin toss to decide. I'll do this next <br />week so I'll have the low vendor prior to the meeting. <br /> <br />SUGGESTED MOTION: Authorize Chair to sign purchase order for <br />Highway Department mower in the amount of $13,400. <br /> <br /> <br />
