The "kick-off" <br />session was held on Wednesday, March 6th, with all county department heads, <br />followed by a meeting with the entire Information Services staff. <br /> <br /> A recommendation was made by the North Dakota Association of <br />Counties staff that a steering committee be formed that would meet regularly on <br />this project until its completion in June, 2002. The following members are <br />recommended: Bonnie Johnson, Mike Montplaisir, Keith Berndt and Glenn <br />Ellingsberg.
