EASEMENT THIS AGREEMENT, made this __ day of January, 2002, by and between Cass County, North Dakota, a political subdivision of the State of North Dakota, Grantor, and the City of West Fargo, North Dakota, having a post office address at 800 Fourth Avenue East, West Fargo, North Dakota, Grantee.
