It <br />PORTFOLIO COMMISSIONER SIGNATURE: <br /> <br />NOTE: This is an agreement outlining and formalizing the funding and partnership for <br />mosquito control between Airborne Custom Spraying and Cass County Government <br />during the 2005 mosquito control season. This contract is established at the beginning <br />of the mosquito control season; actual spraying will not commence until additional <br />authorization is granted. A retainer fee may be paid up front in order to decrease the <br />application cost per acre.
