I assist, counsel and <br />resolve customer problems to the customer's satisfaction. whenever possible. My position <br />requireS above-average human relations and communication skills, and knowledge of economic <br />conditions and factors to be able to advise customers. I am able to cope with pressure in dealing <br />with impatient or irate customers. <br /> <br />I consider myself honest, trUSt-worthy, caring and capable of making important decisions, which <br />Ido on a daily basis. <br /> <br />SUGGESTED MOTION: <br />Move to amend Commission Policy Manual, Section 4.00, Advisory Boards, and appoint <br />Carol Radermacher to the Housing Authority of Cass County to fill a vacancy for a term to <br />expire July 1, 2010. <br />
