The plat is located in Warren <br />Township, Section 5. The intended use of the subdivision is to create one <br />lot, for residential development. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission is recommending approval of the new proposed <br />plat. Warren Township has indicated with a certified letter that the plat <br />has met their zoning requirements and the County Sanitarian has also <br />approved on-site septic for the lot. The Southeast Cass Water Resource <br />Board was forwarded a copy of the plat and we fully expect their approval <br />prior to the May 16 meeting. Therefore, the Planning Commission <br />recommendation is being forwarded to the County Commission Board for <br />action. <br /> <br />SUGGESTED MOTION: I move that the Cass County Board of <br />Commissioners grant Final Plat approval for CC Subdivision, Section 5, <br />Township 138N, Range 50W in Cass County, North Dakota. <br /> <br />J:\Admin-EngICommission Corrspl2005 Commission CorrespondencelConsent Agenda Item CC Subd 051605.doc <br />
