Lessor represents and warrants that it currently holds, and will maintain throughout the term of <br />this Agreement, all licenses and permits necessary to the provision of the services and products <br />contemplated under this Agreement. <br /> <br />If Lessor defaults in its obligations under this Agreement, and such default is not cured within <br />l0 days after written notice thereof by Lessee to Lessor, Lessee shall have, in addition to any <br />other rights available to Lessee at law or in equity, the right to terminate this Agreement if <br />Lessee gives notice of default more than two times during any twelve month period. Lessee shall <br />have the right to terminate this agreement upon the third or any subsequent default within said <br />twelve month period upon notice of termination to Lessor, notwithstanding cure of such default <br />or prior defaults by Lessor. <br /> <br />Upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement, Lessor shall immediately remove all of its <br />personal property from the premises and repair any damage caused by Lessor by such removal. <br /> <br />Either party may terminate this Agreement upon not less than 30 days prior written notice of <br />termination. <br /> <br />Parties certify authority to enter into this Agreement. Parties further certify that there are no <br />reservations or understandings except as provided in the Agreement.
