XXIV. INDEMNITY: Provider shall comply with all federal, state, and local laws and ordinances applicable to the work to be done under this agreement. Provider shall save and hold harmless the COUNTY, its officers, agents, employees, and members, from all claims, suits, or actions of whatsoever nature resulting from or arising out of the activities of Provider or its agents, employees or subcontractors under this agreement. XXv. COLLATERAL CONTRACTS: Where there exists any inconsistency between this agreement and other provisions of collateral contractual agreements that are made a part of this agreement by reference or otherwise, the provisions of this agreement shall control. XXVI. NON-DISCRIMINATION: COUNTY makes available all services and assistance without regard to race, color, national origin, religion, age, sex, or handicap, and is subject to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1975 as amended. Persons who contract with or receive funds to provide services for COUNTY are obligated to abide by the provisions of these federal laws.
