The manufacturer of these budgeted <br />items is Handy Hitch Mfg. of Winnipeg, Manitoba, a sole source manufacturer; <br />and the proposal is described below: <br /> <br />Model 1010-1000 RPM Hitch (3-ea) $15,835.50 <br />Skid Plate (3-ea) 450.00 <br />Delivery Charges (3-ea) 300.00 <br /> <br />The total figure results in $16,585.50 <br /> <br />I request that it be placed on the January 22, 2002 agenda. A Purchase Order <br />#35665 has been prepared for commission signature. <br /> <br />SUGGESTED MOTION: Approve and sign purchase order for three <br />specialty hitches for $16,585.50. <br /> <br /> <br />
