INVESTIGATION OF ABATEMENT APPLICATION <br /> <br />ABATEMENT NO. 4215 & 4216 <br /> <br />Following is a report on the investigation of the abatement application of: Bobby Schempp Jr <br /> <br />Cass County Board of Commissioners and State Tax Commissioner: <br /> <br />The applicant is asking that the residential structure value for the years 2000 and 2001 be <br />removed from the assessment. The applicant states that the older structure was burned down by <br />the fire department in 1999. Previously, the structure had been damaged by a fire and was not <br />repaired. <br /> <br />The Walburg Twp board recommended approval of the abatement.
