<br />- <br /> <br />2) <br />3) <br />4) <br /> <br />Commission Minutes--November 5, 2001 2380 <br /> <br />Direct the County Coordinator to meet with representatives from the East <br />Central Judicial District regarding the allocated spaces; <br />Direct the County Coordinator to meet with other county department heads <br />impacted by the new space allocations; <br />Direct the County Coordinator to continue the dialogue with the State <br />Supreme Court and the National Center of State Courts representative in <br />Denver regarding the schematic designs. <br /> <br />Upon receipt of responses from the above-named contacts, the County Coordinator will <br />schedule this item on a future Commission agenda. <br /> <br />22. GIS COORDINATOR POSITION, Expenses to be paid for two out-of-state interviewees <br />Michael Montplaisir asked to add this item to the agenda today because the GIS (Geographic <br />Information System) Committee has narrowed the list of twelve applicants to five, who they plan <br />to interview. Two of the five candidates live out of the state, and the committee is requesting <br />authorization to pay the expenses to bring them to Fargo for interviews. <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wagner moved and Mrs. Sorum seconded to authorize the ad hoc <br />GIS committee to expend up to $3,000 from funds budgeted for GIS <br />for the purpose of interviewing applicants for the GIS Coordinator <br />position. On roll call vote, the motion carried with all members <br />present voting "Aye." <br /> <br />-. 23. VOUCHERS, Approved <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wagner moved and Mrs. Sorum seconded to approve Voucher No. <br />157,657 through No. 158,106. On roll call vote, the motion carried with <br />all members present voting "Aye." <br /> <br />24. COUNTY COORDINATOR UPDATE; COMMISSION AUTOMATION, Committee reports <br />Bonnie Johnson reported on her trip to Bismarck earlier today to meet with a legislative <br />committee on behalf of the County Commissioners concerning indigent defense. She also <br />informed the Board that interviews for the 911 coordinator position are proceeding and will be <br />finished soon. <br /> <br />Michael Montplaisir said a second software package forthe Commission automation project was <br />reviewed last week, and the project should be completed by the end of this year. <br /> <br />25. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE, Received and filed <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wagner moved and Mrs. Sorum seconded to receive and file <br />correspondence outlined by the secretary as follows: Motion carried. <br /> <br />,.-.. <br /> <br />notice of the annual fall meeting of the Cass County Township Officers' Association on <br />Tuesday, November 13, 2001, at 7:30 PM in the Casselton City Hall Auditorium; <br /> <br />list of Cass County construction projects, 2002 through 2003, from the North Dakota <br />Department of Transportation; <br />
