<br />WARRANTY DEED - Corporation to Corporation <br /> <br />THIS INDENTURE, Made this day ofJanuary, 2005, between Cass County, North <br />Dakota, a municipal corporation, grantor, whether one or more, and Red River Valley Fair <br />Association, a North Dakota non-profit corporation, grantee, whether one or more, and whose post <br />office address is P.O. Box 797, West Fargo, North Dakota 58078. <br /> <br />WITNESSETH, For and in consideration of the sum One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and <br />valuable consideration, grantor does hereby GRANT to the grantee, all ofthe following real property <br />lying and being in the County ofCass, State of North Dakota, and described as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />A tract ofland situated in the Northwest Quarter (NW1f4) of Section 7 in Township <br />139 North, Range 49 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Cass County, North <br />Dakota, and more fully described as follows: Commencing at the northwest section <br />comer of said Section 7, thence southerly on the west section line of said Section 7 <br />a distance of 1241 feet to the point of beginning; thence easterly on a 900 deflection <br />to the left a distance of 1100 feet; thence southerly on a 900 deflection to the right <br />a distance of 885 feet; thence westerly on a 900 deflection to the right a distance of <br />11 00 feet to the west section line of said Section 7; thence northerly on the west <br />section line of said Section 7 a distance of 885 feet to the point of beginning. Said <br />tract contains 22.35 acres more or less.
