Real Estate Taxes. All sidewalks, service drives, parking areas, parking lot lighting, <br />driveways, streets, accessways to public streets and highways, cmbs, restrOoms, utilities, <br />directional signs and related improvements; landscaping, and screening walls (If any) located on <br />the Land and substantially depicted on Exhibit "B". shall herein, along with the land thereon <br />constructed, be referred to as the "Common Areas"). All Common Areas located on the Land <br />shall be herein referred to as "Site Improvements". <br /> <br />.
