<br />Commission Minutes--September 18, 2000 2192 <br /> <br />DEPARTMENT HEADS--PLEASE POST IN A CONSPICUOUS PLACE FOR STAFF TO READ <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OF CASS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />SEPTEMBER 18, 2000 <br /> <br />1. MEETING TO ORDER <br />Chairman John Meyer called the meeting to order at 3:30 PM with all members present as <br />follows: Donna Schneider, Robbie Quick, Alon Wieland, Paul Koenig and John Meyer. <br /> <br />2. MINUTES APPROVED <br />MOT/ON, passed <br />Mrs. Schneider moved and Mrs. Quick seconded that the minutes of <br />the previous meeting be approved as written. Motion carried. <br /> <br />3. AGENDA, Order approved <br />MOT/ON, passed <br />Mrs. Schneider moved and Mrs. Quick seconded to approve the order <br />of agenda with the following changes to the consent agenda: 1) <br />remove omitted assessment notice to Neal Holland, until further <br />notice; 2) add contract with High Plains Technology/Real Vision <br />Software, Inc.; 3) add resolution of condolence to Lisa Thompson <br />family; and to the regular agenda, add sale of lot 16, lake Shure <br />Estates. Motion carried. <br /> <br />4. FAIR DELEGATES, Appointments to State Fair annual meeting <br />MOT/ON, passed <br />Mrs. Schneider moved and Mrs. Quick seconded to appoint Roy <br />Faught, Dacotah Faught and Tim Clark as Cass County delegates to <br />the 2000 North Dakota State Fair Association annual meeting <br />scheduled for November 16,2000, at the Bismarck Radisson Inn. On <br />roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />5. ASSESSMENT OF OMITTED PROPERTIES, Approved <br />MOT/ON, passed <br />Mrs. Schneider moved and Mrs. Quick seconded to add part ofthe SW <br />1/4 less right-of-way and less E Yz of SW 1/4 in Section 28 Township <br />139 Range 49, as omitted property for 2000 in the amount of $20,000 <br />residential structure, according to notice sentfrom the county auditor <br />to Evelyn Kounousky of Fargo, North Dakota. On roll call vote, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />MOT/ON, passed <br />Mrs. Schneider moved and Mrs. Quick seconded to add Auditor's lot <br />2 of NE 1/4 in Section 27 Township 139 Range 50, as omitted property <br />for 2000 in the amount of $20,000 residential structure, according to <br />notice sent from the county auditor to Gerald & Mary Bruun of Fargo, <br />North Dakota. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br />
