Mike Bullinger of CityScapes Development <br />and I plan to come before you and ask the Comrnission for a resolution of <br />support for the CityScapes downtown project and the Renaissance Center. <br /> <br />We believe this is a great project, with the potential to make a vast <br />contribution to the economic developrnent and revitalization of downtown <br />Fargo.
