<br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br /> <br />13 <br /> <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br /> <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br /> <br />20 <br />21 <br /> <br />1 <br />2 <br /> <br />3 <br />4 <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br />6 <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />c. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />The application must fully describe the court facility improvement or maintenance <br />project for which grant funds are requested. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />The application must indicate the estimated cost, including material, labor, and <br />associated expenses, and the estimated completion date of the project. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />The application must indicate the county will provide local funding for the project in <br />an amount equal to at least 25% of the total cost of the project. In-kind contributions <br />will not be considered for purposes of satisfying the 25% contribution by the county. <br />The amount oflocal funding must be included in the application. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />If grant funds are awarded, the board of commissioners of the affected county must <br />provide regular reports to the Committee regarding progress toward completion of <br />the project. The board must inform the Committee of the date on which the project <br />is completed. <br /> <br />Application Review. <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The Committee Chair shall ensure meetings are scheduled in such a manner as to <br />ensure an application is reviewed and a grant decision reached in a timely and <br />expeditious manner. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The Committee may request that an oral presentation in support of an application be <br />made by representatives of the requesting board of commissioners.
