During the review ofthe bidder's compliance with the <br />specifications, we became aware that the State of North Dakota recently <br />awarded a contract for a similarly equipped truck, at a price substantially below <br />our bid price. The low bidder on the State Bid is agreeable to extending the <br />state bid price to the County. Additions and deductions were made to the <br />State bid to bring it into substantial compliance with the County's <br />specifications.
