The plat is located in Pleasant <br />Township, Section 6. The intended use of the subdivision is to create three <br />lots, for residential development. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission is recommending approval of the new proposed <br />plat. Pleasant Township has indicated with a certified letter that the plat <br />has met their zoning requirements for initial plat, the county has also <br />received a letter approving the revised plat and we fully expect to have a <br />certified letter indicating so prior to the April 18th Commission meeting.. <br />Therefore, the Planning Commission recommendation is being forwarded <br />to the County Commission Board for action. <br /> <br />SUGGESTED MOTION: I move that the Cass County Board of <br />Commissioners grant Final Plat approval for Robins Nest Subdivision, <br />Section 6, Township 137N, Range 48W in Cass County, North Dakota. <br /> <br />J:lAdmin-Eng\Commission Corrsp\2005 Commission Correspondence\Consent Agenda Item Robins Nest Subd 04I805.doc <br />
