<br />Commission Minutes--August 7,2000 2158 <br /> <br />DEPARTMENT HEADS--PLEASE POST IN A CONSPICUOUS PLACE FOR STAFF TO READ <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OF CASS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />AUGUST 7, 2000 <br /> <br />1. MEETING TO ORDER <br />Chairman John Meyer called the meeting to order at 3:30 PM with all members present as <br />follows: Donna Schneider, Robbie Quick, Alon Wieland, Paul Koenig and John Meyer. <br /> <br />2. MINUTES APPROVED <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Quick seconded that the minutes of the <br />previous meeting be approved as written. Motion carried. <br /> <br />3. AGENDA, Order aooroved <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Quick moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to approve the order <br />of the agenda as printed. Motion carried. <br /> <br />4. PERMITS FOR RAFFLES, Approved for Nora Women of Evangelical Lutheran Church: St. <br />Peter's Lutheran Church: Kindred School Parent Teacher Organization <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to approve raffle <br />permitfor Nora Women ofthe Evangelical Lutheran Church to be held <br />October 7,2000, at Nora Lutheran Church in Gardner, North Dakota. <br />On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to approve raffle <br />permit for St. Peter's Lutheran Church WELCA to be held October 14, <br />2000, at St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Leonard, North Dakota. On roll <br />call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to approve raffle <br />permit for Kindred School Parent Teacher Organization to be held <br />September 7,2000, at Kindred High School in Kindred, North Dakota. <br />On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />5. ASSESSMENT OF OMITTED PROPERTIES, Approved for seven oroperties <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to add Lot 155, <br />Oxbow Country Club & Estates to the City of Oxbow as omitted <br />property for 2000 in the amount of $125,000 residential structure total <br />true and full value, according to notice sent from the county auditor <br />to Michael and Lori Harner, Oxbow, North Dakota. On roll call vote, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br />
