<br />Commission Minutes-February 22,2000 2098 <br /> <br />11. VOUCHERS, Approved <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to approve Voucher <br />No. 137,088 through No. 137,497. On roll call vote, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />12. CONTRACT WITH JUSTICE BENEFITS; MEETING UPDATES; COURTHOUSE LUNCH <br />COUNTER PROPOSALS, Committee reports <br />Mr. Burdick was concerned with the fees to be paid under the Justice Benefits contract, but Mr. <br />Montplaisir was able to address the concern and Mr. Burdick no longer had any issues with the <br />contract. <br /> <br />Commissioners reported on meetings they attended in the past two weeks, as well as upcoming <br />meetings. <br /> <br />Mr. Montplaisir said several responses were received to the Courthouse Lunch Counter proposal <br />request. County Coordinator Bonnie Johnson suggested a committee consisting of John Meyer, <br />Michael Montplaisir, Deb Hyer and herself be formed to review proposals and bring back a <br />recommendation to the commission. Commissioners did not have any problem with the <br />committee makeup. <br /> <br />13. CORRESPONDENCE, Received and filed <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Quick moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to receive and file <br />correspondence outlined by the secretary as follows: Motion carried. <br /> <br />North Dakota Department of Transportation letter regarding Final Environmental Impact <br />Statement for the Interstate-29 reconstruction and letter regarding bid opening delays. <br /> <br />14.
