LOST INSTRUMENT BOND, Agassiz Title & Escrow <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Koenig moved and Mrs. Quick seconded to receive and file the <br />Indemnity Bond on Lost Instrument for Agassiz Title & Escrow and to <br />authorize the county treasurer and county auditor to issue a duplicate <br />check. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />10. FARGO CASS COUNTY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, Memorandum of Understanding <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Koenig moved and Mrs. Quick seconded to authorize the chairman <br />to sign Amendment No.2 to the Memorandum of Understanding for <br />the Growth Initiative Fund for the purpose of establishing the amount <br />of funding by the governmental entities for 2000. On roll call vote, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />11. CONTRACT APPROVAL, ComDuter Software Mutual Cooperation Agreement <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Koenig moved and Mrs. Quick seconded to approve the following <br />contract submitted by respective department head and portfolio <br />commissioner, subjectto state's attorney approval; and authorize the <br />chairman to sign: Computer Software Mutual Cooperation Agreement <br />which includes the City of West Fargo with Moorhead, Clay County, <br />Fargo and Cass County. On roll call vote, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />12. REGISTER OF DEEDS, Budget adiustment approved <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Koenig moved and Mrs. Quick seconded to adjust the Register of <br />Deeds 1999 expenditure budget by $10,000 for increased overtime <br />and temporary salary line items, according to a letter from the county <br />
