The meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, May 11th, 2005, <br />beginning at 10:30 a.m., at the Ramkota Inn, 800 South 3rd Street, Bismarck, NO. <br /> <br />The purpose of the 2005 Annual Meeting is to elect representatives in the "Others" and <br />"Schools" cateqories to the NDIRF Board of Directors and to discuss other business as may <br />properly come before the meeting. A copy of the minutes of the 2004 Annual Meeting is <br />enclosed. <br /> <br />The number of votes to which you are entitled is indicated at the top of this page. You may cast <br />your votes regarding NDIRF business and/or election of directors either in person, at the Annual <br />Meeting, or by signing and returning the enclosed proxy. For those members represented by <br />a NDIRF Board Member whose term expires as of the end of the 2005 Annual Meeting, the <br />proxy includes your directions regarding election of a NDIRF Board Member. If you are <br />not voting for a director this year, the proxy only includes your directions for voting on <br />other business. <br /> <br />In order for your proxy to be effective, it must be received by the NDIRF no later than May 10th, <br />2005. If you will not be able to attend the 2005 NDIRF Annual Meeting, please sign and return <br />your proxy today. <br /> <br />The NDIRF invites all members to a hosted luncheon following the Annual Meeting. In order to <br />get an accurate count of the number of people who will be attending the luncheon, we request <br />that you complete and return the enclosed RSVP form prior to the Annual Meeting.
