<br />ENCLOSURE A TO COURT SERVICES AGREEMENT <br /> <br />Add this following language to Section I of the agreement. <br /> <br />9. As an exception to paragraph 8, the County shall b~ entitled to 100% of <br />the fees, fines, costs, forfeitures and any other monetary consideration <br />collected from cases relating to any ordinance it may enact relating to <br />overweight vehicles. <br />
