'- <br /> <br />COURT SERVICES AGREEMENT <br /> <br />1 This Agreement is between the State of North Dakota, by and through the East Central <br />2 Judicial District ("Court"), and Cass County, North Dakota ("County"). This Agreement is effective <br />3 on the date of the last signature. <br /> <br />4 SECTION I <br /> <br />5 WHEREAS, the County has a home rule charter, has enacted certain ordinances under that <br />6 charter, and may from time-to-time enact additional ordinances; and <br /> <br />7 WHEREAS, the Court has jurisdiction under N.D.C.C.
