Limit development occurring away from the urban fringes to be small in <br />size and scope so as to reduce its impact on the rural atmosphere and <br />existing land uses. <br /> <br />Policy 2. Promote development complimenting the existing land uses, <br />development, and farming lifestyle. <br /> <br />Policy 3. Encourage infill and redevelopment for large scale developments. <br /> <br />Policy 4. Create a distinct separation between the large scale urban type <br />development and the existing rural farms and homes. <br /> <br />Policy 5. Deter large and premature development in the rural areas of the county. <br /> <br />Policy 6.
