The Cass County Board of Commissioners is <br />considering an ordinance for adoption of the Cas~ <br />County Comprehensive Plan ,(3oals, Objectives <br />and Policies-:The primary purpose of the Compre- <br />hensive Plan is to develop the framework or blue- <br />print on which to base and establish the county's, <br />policies toward development and growth. First <br />reading of the ordinance was held February ~2: <br />2005. Second reading and adoption is scheduled <br />, for March 21, 2005 at a meeting of the Cass <br />County Board of Commissioners beginning at <br />3:30 PM in the Commission Room, Cass County <br />Courthouse in Fargo, North Dakota: ' <br />(February 28, 2005) . '.' , " 104323 <br /> <br />SUGGESTED MOTIONS: <br />Move to approve second reading of an ordinance for the adoption of Cass County <br />Comprehensive Plan Goals, Objectives and Policies. <br /> <br />Move to establish a subcommittee consisting of the County Planning Commission <br />members, representatives from the banking industry and the home builders association, <br />and a developer to work with Keith Berndt, County Engineer, on implementation of the <br />ordinance; and that Ken Pawluk be appointed to chair the subcommittee group. <br />
