QUIT CLAIM DEED THIS INDENTURE, Made this "7Hl day of March 2005, between Cass County, North Dakota, a political subdivision of the State of North Dakota, GRANTOR, and Paul D. Pratt, GRANTEE, whose post office address is 722 Elm Street North, Fargo, North Dakota, 58108-3863. For and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable considerations, and with the intent to release and convey a portion of public road right of way more specifically described below, GRANTOR does hereby QUIT CLAIM to the GRANTEE all of the following real property lying and being in the County of Cass, and the State of North Dakota, and described as follows, to-wit: The purpose of this Quit Claim Deed is to release, convey and terminate any and all interest that the County of Cass has received in and to the following public road right of way, to wit: Conveyed and terminated road right-of-way: All that portion of the Northeast 'l4 of Section 22, Township 143 North, Range 50 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, lying between the centerline of Cass County Highway No. 81 as presently constructed over and across said Northeast 'l4 of Section 22, and the north and east lines of said Northeast 'l4 of Section 22, excepting all that portion lying within 90 feet of the said highway centerline, and lying within 33 feet of a section line.
