Cass County expects youth participating in programs to behave in an acceptable manner in accor- dance with these participant expectations. As a participant of the Cass County Youth Commission (CCYC) program I have read or have had this document read to me, the items listed as the CCYC expectations. I will behave in a way that reflects positively on me as an individual as well as the CCYC program. I understand the meaning of the partici- pant expectations and will abide by them. If I do not abide by the items named in the participant expecta- tions, I may experience the following consequences: 1 . Lose privileges at the event. 2. Be dismissed immediately from meeting, activity, event or other program. Notification of my parents/ guardians and school officials will occur. I will be sent home prior to the conclusion of the activity. 3. The possible forfeiture offuture participation in CCYC activities. Input and determination to limit participation will be made by the program advisory board, school officials and the parents/guardians of the involved member(s). 4. Possible dismissal from the CCYC program. I have read and agree to abide by the Cass County Youth Commission Participant Expectations and the Code of Conduct Policy and Procedures. I am aware that my actions and decisions affect myself as well as others. I am aware that violations may result in consequences.
