<br />CASS COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN (Berndt, Zimney) <br /> <br />SUGGESTED MOTIONS: <br />Move to approve the 2005 Cass County Comprehensive Plan; with the exception <br />of Chapter Six, which will be established by ordinance; and to amend Cass <br />County Commission Policy Manual Section 12.00, Comprehensive Land Use <br />Policy, to reflect the updated Comprehensive Plan Summary. <br /> <br />AND <br /> <br />Move to approve first reading of Ordinance #2005-1 pertaining to Chapter Six of <br />the Cass County Comprehensive Plan; and to set the second reading/adoption of <br />Chapter Six for March 21, 2005, to allow time for publishing a summary of the <br />ordinance in the official newspaper of the county at least 20 days before the <br />second reading. <br /> <br />K:\SCHEPP\COMP PLAN 2-22-05MOT.doc <br />
