<br />ENGINEER'S REPORT <br />(Revised 1/24/05) <br /> <br />The undersigned is the engineer for the Grey Hawk Subdivision and 64th Avenue South <br />from 751.59 feet west of the centerline of Cass County Road 17 to the west RIW line of <br />75th Street South, Cass County, North Dakota, and submits the following report to the Cass <br />County Commissioners of said county: <br /> <br />Street Improvement District #2004-1 will involve the construction of improvements <br />consisting of asphalt streets, and other miscellaneous installations. <br /> <br />Based upon the estimate of the probable cost, attached hereto and made a part thereof, <br />and the engineering information and studies, the work proposed in said district is feasible. <br /> <br />Dated this 24th day of January 2005 <br /> <br />Nick Gludt, PE <br /> <br />
