<br />Commissioner <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 2004-1 <br />OF THE COUNTY OF CASS, NORTH DAKOTA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously created <br />Street Improvement District No. 2004-1; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Nick Gludt, a Registered Professional Engineer, is <br />the Engineer for the project, and the Board of County Commissioners <br />has consulted with him relating to the establishment, size and form <br />and other matters with regard to Street Improvement District <br />No. 2004-1 of the County of Cass; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to amend the boundaries of <br />said Street Improvement District No. 2004-1. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved as follows: <br /> <br />The amended boundaries of Street Improvement District <br />No. 2004-1 of the County of Cass, North Dakota, shall be as <br />follows: <br /> <br />SEE ATTACHED. <br /> <br />APPROVED: <br /> <br />Chair of Board of County <br />Commissioners <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />County Auditor <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Commissioner <br /> <br />On roll call vote the <br /> <br />following commissioners voted aye: <br /> <br />.
