<br />The <br /> <br />County <br /> <br />Auditor <br /> <br />presented <br /> <br />to the Board of County <br /> <br />Commissioners the plans and specifications and estimates of cost <br /> <br />for improvements in Street Improvement District No. 2004-1 of the <br /> <br />County of Cass, <br /> <br />North <br /> <br />Dakota, <br /> <br />as prepared by Nick Gludt, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Engineer for the project. <br /> <br />Commissioner <br /> <br />introduced the <br /> <br />following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />IMPROVEMENTS IN STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 2004-1 <br />OF THE COUNTY OF CASS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of the C <br />County of Cass, North Dakota, that the plans and specifications and <br />estimates of cost for improvements in Street Improvement District <br />No. 2004-1 of the County of Cass heretofore prepared by Nick Gludt, <br />Engineer for the proj ect, be and the same hereby are approved, <br />ratified and confirmed as the plans and specifications and <br />estimates of cost in accordance with which said improvements shall <br />be constructed and the City Auditor shall file the same in his <br />office open to public inspection. <br /> <br />APPROVED: <br /> <br />Chair of the Board of County <br />Commissioners <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />County Auditor <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Commissioner <br /> <br />On roll call vote <br /> <br />the following commissioners voted aye: <br /> <br />.
