The 2005 budget was approved for two vehicles and two trailers, After consideration of the vehicles' condition, it was decided to replace only one pickup in 2005. The state bid for a 2005 pickup was lower than competitive bids received. The low bid was also chosen for a trailer and A TV containing necessary specifications. I would recommend the Cass County Commission sign a purchase order with the following dealerships. The proposals are outlined below: University Motors, Fargo, ND, 200S GMC Yamaha Kodiak ATV-$S299,OO Visto's Trailer Sales, West Fargo, ND, Load-Trail 77" x 12' steel trailer - $1360,75 Stan Puklich Chevrolet, Bismarck, ND, 2005 Chevy Extended Cab Pickup- $18,620,00 Purchase Orders have been prepared for the Commission Chair's signature.
